ServingsMakes 2 cups, or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 15 crackers each.
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. light sour cream
  • Crush 30 crackers.
  • Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, peppers and garlic; cook 8 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender and liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cracker crumbs, cheese and sour cream.
  • Serve with additional crackers.
