Classic spinach dip is always a hit! Pair this creamy homemade spinach dip with flavorful parmesan garlic crackers for the best crowd pleasing appetizer.

ServingsMakes 1-1/4 cups dip or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 14 Thin Crisps each.
Ingredients
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cups tightly packed baby spinach leaves (2-1/2 oz.)
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • TRISCUIT Thin Crisps Parmesan Garlic Crackers
Preparation
  • Cook onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add spinach; cook and stir 2 min. or just until wilted.
  • Add Neufchatel; cook 1 to 2 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
  • Spoon dip into serving bowl; stir in lemon juice and pepper.
  • Serve with Thin Crisps.
Recipe Tips
  • Spinach-Artichoke Dip
    Stir 1/2 cup chopped well-drained canned artichokes into the dip before spooning into serving bowl. Makes 1-3/4 cups dip or 14 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 14 Thin Crisps each.
