Ingredients
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) pepper Jack cheese, cut into 8 slices
- 16 RITZ Crackers
- 6 oz. cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 16 slices
- 3 Tbsp. ranch dressing
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cut cheese slices crosswise in half. Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with chicken and cheese.
- Bake 5 to 6 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
