  • 2 Tbsp. mashed fully ripe avocado
  • 1 oz. Cotija cheese, shaved into 8 pieces
  • 5 small strawberries, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp. spicy honey


  • Spread  biscuits with avocado.
  • Top  with cheese and strawberries.
  • Drizzle  with honey.
