Ingredients
- ⅔ cup crumbled fat-free feta cheese, divided
- ⅓ cup chopped red onions, divided
- 1½ cups chopped baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ½ cup light sour cream
- WHEAT THINS Big Snacks
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Reserve 1 tsp. EACH cheese and onions for later use. Mix remaining cheese and onions with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS until blended.
- Spoon into shallow baking dish or pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
- Top with reserved cheese and onions. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
