Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup crumbled fat-free feta cheese, divided
  • ⅓ cup chopped red onions, divided
  • 1½ cups chopped baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • WHEAT THINS Big Snacks
Preparation
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Reserve 1 tsp. EACH cheese and onions for later use. Mix remaining cheese and onions with all remaining ingredients except WHEAT THINS until blended.
  • Spoon into shallow baking dish or pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
  • Top with reserved cheese and onions. Serve with WHEAT THINS.
