
So-Easy NILLA Tiramisu Dip
Perfect for a sleepover or movie night, this easy, creamy dip goes together in just 10 minutes and pairs perfectly with vanilla wafers and fruit.

ServingsMakes 3 cups dip or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 6 wafers and 1 strawberry each.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. instant espresso
- ¼ cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen lite whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tsp. holiday sprinkles
- NILLA Wafers
- 24 small fresh strawberries (about 2 cups)
Preparation
- Mix Neufchatel cheese and espresso powder in large bowl until blended. Add 3 Tbsp. chocolate chips; mix well. Stir in whipped topping.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips and sprinkles just before serving with the wafers and strawberries.

Substitute mascarpone cheese for the Neufchatel cheese and/or 3 cups sweetened whipped cream for the thawed frozen whipped topping. For the sweetened whipped cream, just beat 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream and 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. - Variation
