- 18 slices deli-style smoked turkey breast (6 oz.), cut in half
- 36 TRISCUIT Crackers
- 4 oz. Colby Jack cheese, cut into 36 thin slices
- 3 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly

- Place turkey slices on crackers, folding as necessary to fit onto crackers.
