Keep hot pepper jelly on hand along with the deli turkey, Colby Jack cheese and TRISCUIT Crackers so you can prepare these delicious, yet easy to make, appetizers for those last-minute guests.

  • 18 slices deli-style smoked turkey breast (6 oz.), cut in half
  • 36 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • 4 oz. Colby Jack cheese, cut into 36 thin slices
  • 3 Tbsp. hot pepper jelly
  • Place turkey slices on crackers, folding as necessary to fit onto crackers.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
