Ingredients
- 1 oz. Asiago cheese
- 48 RITZ Crackers
- 48 baby spinach leaves
- 12 slices deli smoked turkey breast (3/4 lb.), each cut into 4 pieces
- ⅓ cup prepared spinach dip
- 48 small pimento strips (about 3 Tbsp.)
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Use vegetable peeler to shave cheese into 48 thin slices.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
- Top with spinach, turkey, cheese, spinach dip and pimentos.
- Bake 3 min. or until heated through.
Recipe Tips
- Use Your Microwave
Prepare recipe as directed, except do not bake the topped crackers. Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or until heated through. Repeat with remaining topped crackers. - Substitute
Substitute small red pepper strips for the pimentos.
