Smoked Turkey Melts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Asiago cheese
  • 48 RITZ Crackers
  • 48 baby spinach leaves
  • 12 slices deli smoked turkey breast (3/4 lb.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/3 cup prepared spinach dip
  • 48 small pimento strips (about 3 Tbsp.)

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Use  vegetable peeler to shave cheese into 48 thin slices.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Top  with spinach, turkey, cheese, spinach dip and pimentos.
  • Bake  3 min. or until heated through.

Recipe Tips

Use Your MicrowavePrepare recipe as directed, except do not bake the topped crackers. Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or until heated through. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.

SubstituteSubstitute small red pepper strips for the pimentos.
