
Slow-Cooker Sweet & Spicy Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- ¼ cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped, divided
- WHEAT THINS Big Snacks
Preparation
- Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray. Mix next 3 ingredients until blended; pour over chicken. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 5 hours (or on HIGH 2-1/2 hours).
- Remove chicken from slow cooker; pull into shreds with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker.
- Add Neufchatel and cheddar; stir until melted. Cook, covered, 20 min.
- Reserve 1 tsp. onions. Stir remaining onions into dip; top with reserved onions.
- Serve with WHEAT THINS.

- Make Ahead
Prepare dip as directed except do not stir in, or top with, the chopped onions. Ladle dip into microwaveable bowl; cool completely. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, microwave dip on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through, stirring after each minute. Stir in, and top with, chopped onions as directed.
