Sloppy José Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 1/3 cup cheese dip, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  •  WHEAT THINS Big Snacks

Instructions

  • Heat  oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 1 min. Add meat; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Drain; return to pan.
  • Add  tomatoes, taco seasoning and ¼ cup cheese dip; mix well. Cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Spoon into shallow serving dish.
  • Drizzle  with remaining cheese dip and sour cream. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

Recipe Tips

Make AheadPrepare dip as directed except do not top with remaining cheese sauce and sour cream; spoon into airtight container. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before serving. Stir dip; spoon into microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until heated through, stirring after 3 min. Drizzle with remaining cheese sauce; top with sour cream.
