Ingredients
- ¼ cup hot and spicy mayonnaise
- ½ tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
- ½ lb. cooked cleaned shrimp, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped red peppers
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 18 RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon zest and lemon juice in medium bowl until blended.
- Add shrimp and vegetables; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Serve spooned over crackers.
