  • ¼ cup hot and spicy mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
  • ½ lb. cooked cleaned shrimp, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped red peppers
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 18 RITZ Crackers
  • Mix mayonnaise, lemon zest and lemon juice in medium bowl until blended.
  • Add shrimp and vegetables; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Serve spooned over crackers.

Spicy topped crackers make eating well a delicious choice.
