
Scary Skull Cheese Ball
This creamy bacon, cheddar and ranch cheese ball will be a slightly scary appetizer for any Halloween party. Perfect served with WHEAT THINS.

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Neufchatel cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded reduced fat white cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 3 Tbsp. real bacon bits
- 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing mix
- 1 pimiento-stuffed green olive, cut crosswise in half
- 8 sliced almonds
- WHEAT THINS Original Snacks
Preparation
- Beat Neufchatel cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon and ranch dressing mix in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- Shape into ball, then flatten into 5-inch disc. Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Shape cheese mixture to resemble a skeleton skull as shown in photo. Gently press olives into cheese mixture for the eyes, then press almonds into cheese mixture for the teeth.
- Serve with WHEAT THINS.

This fun appetizer can be refrigerated up to 2 days before adding the olives and almonds just before serving. - Substitute
Substitute Gouda or Monterey Jack cheese for the cheddar cheese.
