Easy homemade cracker croutons add crunch to this classic green salad tossed with Parmesan cheese, black pepper and Caesar dressing.

Savory Caesar Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30 RITZ Crackers, coarsely broken
  • 3/4 cup Caesar dressing, divided
  • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 6 cups torn Boston lettuce
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat  oven to 350°F. Toss crackers with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing; spread onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5 min. or until golden brown. Cool.
  • Combine  lettuces in large bowl. Add cheese and pepper; toss lightly. Drizzle with remaining dressing; toss to coat.
  • Top  with crackers. Serve immediately.
