Sandcastle Pudding Cups Recipe


  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2-1/2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
  • 4 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed, divided
  • 8 SOUR PATCH KIDS Heads Candies
  • 8 SWEDISH FISH Tails Soft & Chewy Candies


  • Beat  pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping.
  • Spoon  into 8 (6-oz.) dessert cups; sprinkle evenly with half the graham crumbs.
  • Refrigerate  1 hour.
  • Spoon  remaining whipped topping into pastry bag fitted with large star tip. Use to pipe whipped topping onto dessert cups to resemble sandcastles as shown in photo.
  • Top  with candies and sprinkle with remaining graham crumbs just before serving.

Special ExtraInsert a colorful paper drink umbrella into each pudding cup just before serving.

VariationPrepare using your favorite flavor of instant pudding and/or substituting 15 finely crushed NILLA Wafers for the crushed grahams.

ShortcutSubstitute 8 (4-oz.) ready-to-eat pudding cups for the prepared instant pudding, and omit the 1-1/2 cups whipped topping stirred into the prepared pudding. Top pudding cups with crushed grahams, 1 cup whipped topping and the candies as directed just before serving.
