ServingsMakes 2-1/2 cups dip or 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 16 crackers each.
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tiny shrimp, drained
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • WHEAT THINS Reduced Fat Snacks
  • Beat Neufchatel in small bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add salsa, beating after each addition until well blended. Stir in shrimp and vegetables until well blended.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Serve with crackers.

    Garnish with chopped cilantro just before serving.
