ServingsMakes 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 5 crackers each.
  • 1 jar (7.5 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, roasted
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • RITZ Crackers
  • Process all ingredients except crackers in food processor until blended.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Drain vegetable mixture in strainer before serving with the crackers.
