
Roasted Veggie Spread

Ingredients
- 1 jar (7.5 oz.) roasted red peppers, well drained
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, roasted
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Process all ingredients except crackers in food processor until blended.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Drain vegetable mixture in strainer before serving with the crackers.
