Ingredients
- 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup finely shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 24 RITZ Garlic Butter Crackers
- ⅓ cup thin mixed roasted red and yellow pepper strips
- 2 tsp. sliced fresh basil leaves
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix Neufchatel cheese and mozzarella cheese until blended; spread onto crackers.
- Top with peppers.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake 5 min.
- Sprinkle with basil.
