Ingredients
- 2½ cups roasted cauliflower florets
- ¼ cup tahini
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 small garlic clove
- ¾ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. ground cumin

Preparation
- Process all ingredients except WHEAT THINS in food processor until smooth; spoon into bowl.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
