Roasted Cauliflower Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups roasted cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  •  WHEAT THINS Big Snacks

Instructions

  • Process  all ingredients except WHEAT THINS in food processor until smooth; spoon into bowl.
  • Refrigerate  30 min.
  • Serve  with WHEAT THINS.
