Try these hearty roast beef, cheddar and hummus bites when you need a savory party appetizer. As a bonus, they are ready in just 15 minutes!

  • 24 TRISCUIT Crackers
  • ¼ cup white bean hummus
  • 6 slices deli roast beef (5 oz.), each cut into 4 pieces
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese (2 oz.), each cut into 8 pieces
  • 2 tsp. chopped green onions
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; spread with hummus.
  • Top with meat and cheese.
  • Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Sprinkle with onions.
