Ingredients
- ¼ lb. lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 3 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
- 48 RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Brown meat in small skillet on medium heat; drain well. Return meat to skillet; stir in ketchup.
- Cut cheese into 6 slices, then cut each slice into 4 small pieces.
- Top each of 24 crackers with 1 tsp. meat mixture and 1 cheese piece. Cover with remaining crackers to make 24 sandwiches. Serve warm.
