Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 6 EACH yellow and red pear-shaped tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh mint
Preparation
- Mash avocado coarsely in medium bowl. Stir in lime juice.
- Spread onto crackers.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
