Roast BeefThis recipe works best when prepared with the smaller eye round or top round roast beef, although any deli roast beef with work. If the folded meat slices are too big to easily fit on the crackers, instead cut each meat slice into thirds. You will need a total of 24 pieces from the 6 oz. roast beef.

How to Toast the Sesame SeedHeat 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seed; cook 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
