RITZ Teriyaki "Steak" Topper Recipe


  • 6 oz. deli eye round roast beef, cut into 12 slices
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki glaze
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut into 2-inch long matchlike sticks
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted


  • Cut  meat slices in half; brush with teriyaki glaze. Fold in half; place on crackers.
  • Cut  onion into 2-inch lengths, then cut each piece into thin lengthwise strips.
  • Top  meat with onions, peppers and sesame seed.

Recipe Tips

Roast BeefThis recipe works best when prepared with the smaller eye round or top round roast beef, although any deli roast beef with work. If the folded meat slices are too big to easily fit on the crackers, instead cut each meat slice into thirds. You will need a total of 24 pieces from the 6 oz. roast beef.

How to Toast the Sesame SeedHeat 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seed; cook 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
