
RITZ Spinach Ranch Dip

ServingsMakes 2-1/4 cups dip or 18 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 1/4 cup vegetables and 14 RITZ Chips each.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- ¼ cup EACH finely chopped orange, red and yellow peppers
- RITZ Toasted Chips Original
- Fresh vegetable dippers (carrot and celery sticks, and red and yellow pepper strips)
Preparation
- Mix sour cream and dressing in medium bowl until blended.
- Add spinach and chopped vegetables; mix well.
- Serve with RITZ Chips and vegetable dippers.
