RITZ Spinach Ranch Dip

ServingsMakes 2-1/4 cups dip or 18 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 1/4 cup vegetables and 14 RITZ Chips each.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup EACH finely chopped orange, red and yellow peppers
  • RITZ Toasted Chips Original
  • Fresh vegetable dippers (carrot and celery sticks, and red and yellow pepper strips) 
  • Mix sour cream and dressing in medium bowl until blended.
  • Add spinach and chopped vegetables; mix well.
  • Serve with RITZ Chips and vegetable dippers.

  • Substitute
    Serve dip with RITZ Cheese Crispers Cheddar or RITZ Crisp & Thins Original instead of the RITZ Toasted Chips.
  • Variation
    Prepare using light sour cream and light ranch dressing.
