  • 24 uncooked small shrimp (5 oz.), peeled, deveined
  • 3 Tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup hot cooked long-grain white rice
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • Cook and stir shrimp in medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
  • Add chili sauce; cook and stir 30 sec. or until heated through.
  • Spoon rice onto crackers; top with shrimp .
