Ingredients
- 24 uncooked small shrimp (5 oz.), peeled, deveined
- 3 Tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce
- ½ cup hot cooked long-grain white rice
- 24 RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Cook and stir shrimp in medium skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
- Add chili sauce; cook and stir 30 sec. or until heated through.
- Spoon rice onto crackers; top with shrimp .
