
RITZ Soccer Ball Bites

Ingredients
- 30 RITZ Crackers
- ⅔ cup guacamole
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 90 rinsed canned black beans (about 1/3 cup), cut crosswise in half
Preparation
- Spread crackers with guacamole.
- Spoon about 1/2 tsp. sour cream into circular shape over guacamole on each cracker.
- Place bean pieces, cut sides down, on crackers to resemble soccer balls as shown in photo, then use toothpick to draw lines from center bean to other beans.

Prepare using Mexican sour cream and/or your favorite variety of RITZ Crackers. - Substitute
Substitute 8 small pitted black olives for the beans. Cut each olive lengthwise into 6 wedges, then crosswise in half. Discard 6 olive pieces, then use remaining olive pieces to top sour cream as directed.
