
RITZ Snowflake Mint Thins
Make an easy yet homemade holiday sweet treat with these snowflake shaped crackers dipped in minty chocolate and crushed candy canes.

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
- 72 RITZ Snowflake Crackers
- 1 candy cane (6 inch), crushed
Preparation
- Cover baking sheet with parchment. Mix melted chocolate and extract in medium bowl until blended.
- Dip crackers, 1 at a time, halfway into chocolate mixture; carefully shake off excess chocolate. Place crackers in single layer on prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with crushed candy.
- Refrigerate 30 min. or until chocolate is firm.

- Variation
Prepare recipe as directed, except use 36 RITZ Snowflake Crackers, and completely coat both sides of each cracker with melted chocolate before placing on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with crushed candy and refrigerate as directed. Makes 12 servings, 3 crackers each.
