Ingredients
- 1 Roma tomato
- ¼ cup black bean dip
- 2 Tbsp. rinsed canned black beans, coarsely chopped
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 3 Italian sausage links, grilled, each cut into 8 slices
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh jalapeño peppers
Preparation
- Cut tomato lengthwise in half, then cut each half into 12 slices.
- Combine bean dip and chopped black beans.
- Top crackers with tomatoes, sausage, bean dip mixture and peppers.
