Ingredients
- 2¼ cups vanilla ice creamwith caramel swirl
- 24 RITZ Crackers
Preparation
- Spoon about 3 Tbsp. ice cream onto each of 12 crackers; cover with remaining crackers, pressing down gently until ice cream fills crackers.
- Place in single layer in shallow pan; freeze 2 hours or until firm.
- Remove from freezer 5 min. before serving to soften slightly.
