RITZ Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cups vanilla ice cream with caramel swirl
  • 24 RITZ Crackers

Instructions

  • Spoon  about 3 Tbsp. ice cream onto each of 12 crackers; cover with remaining crackers, pressing down gently until ice cream fills crackers.
  • Place  in single layer in shallow pan; freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove  from freezer 5 min. before serving to soften slightly.
