Ingredients
- 24 caramels
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 30 RITZ Crackers
- 30 pecan halves
- 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
Preparation
- Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. Cool 5 min.
- Place crackers in single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
- Spoon about 1/2 tsp. caramel onto each cracker; top with nut.
- Drizzle with chocolate.
- Refrigerate 15 min. or until chocolate is firm.
