RITZ Pralines Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 caramels
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 30 RITZ Crackers
  • 30 pecan halves
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

Instructions

  • Microwave  caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. Cool 5 min.
  • Place  crackers in single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  • Spoon  about 1/2 tsp. caramel onto each cracker; top with nut.
  • Drizzle  with chocolate.
  • Refrigerate  15 min. or until chocolate is firm.
