Ingredients
- 6 RITZ Crackers
- 1 Tbsp. shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 1½ tsp. chopped mixed green and red peppers
- 2 tsp. pizza sauce
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange crackers in circular shape on foil-covered baking sheet to resemble pizza crust.
- Top with cheese and peppers.
- Bake 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with pizza sauce.
