RITZ Pepperoni & Veggie "Pizzas"

ServingsMakes 6 servings, 4 topped crackers each.
  • 1½ tsp. olive oil
  • ½ each small green and yellow pepper, cut lengthwise into thin strips, then crosswise in half
  • 1 small onion, slivered
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 24 thin pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with pepperoni, vegetables, cheese and pizza sauce.
  • Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Recipe Tips
  • Use Your Microwave
    Prepare recipe as directed, except do not bake the topped crackers. Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
