
RITZ Pepperoni & Veggie "Pizzas"

Ingredients
- 1½ tsp. olive oil
- ½ each small green and yellow pepper, cut lengthwise into thin strips, then crosswise in half
- 1 small onion, slivered
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 24 thin pepperoni slices
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with pepperoni, vegetables, cheese and pizza sauce.
- Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Recipe Tips
- Use Your Microwave
Prepare recipe as directed, except do not bake the topped crackers. Place 8 topped crackers in single layer on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
