
RITZ Lunch Box "Quesadillas"
Kids will love these fun cracker quesadillas for their school lunch! With containers of toppings, it is a homemade version of a purchased lunch kit.

Ingredients
- 8 RITZ Crackers
- 1 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 4 slices
- 2 slices deli-style roasted turkey breast (2 oz.), cut in half
- 4 tsp. salsa
- 4 tsp. chopped avocados
Preparation
- Top 4 crackers with cheese and turkey; cover with remaining crackers to make 4 sandwiches. Place in lunch box.
- Spoon salsa into small container with lid; repeat in separate container with avocados. Add to lunch box.
- Refrigerate up to 1 hour before grabbing to head out the door.

To help prevent the chopped avocados from turning brown, toss them with a little lime juice before placing them in the containers. - Snack Tip
