Ingredients
- ½ lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, grilled
- 16 medium shrimp (1/2 lb.), peeled, deveined and grilled
- 32 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
Preparation
- Cut steak across the grain into 64 thin slices, then cut each shrimp lengthwise in half.
- Top crackers with steak, shrimp and mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle with chives.
