Need a special occasion appetizer? Try these bite size grilled surf and turf topped crackers featuring steak and shrimp that will be the hit of the party!

  • ½ lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, grilled
  • 16 medium shrimp (1/2 lb.), peeled, deveined and grilled
  • 32 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
  • Cut steak across the grain into 64 thin slices, then cut each shrimp lengthwise in half.
  • Top crackers with steak, shrimp and mayonnaise.
  • Sprinkle with chives.

  • Substitute
    Prepare using 8 thin slices deli roast beef, each cut into 4 pieces.
  • Shortcut
    Prepare using cooked cleaned medium shrimp.
  • How to Grill the Steak and Shrimp
    Heat grill to medium heat. Grill steak 3 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Remove from grill. Let stand 5 min. before slicing. Meanwhile, grill shrimp 1 to 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
