Ingredients
- 2 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 20 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
Preparation
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Mix cheeses and onions until blended.
- Spread onto crackers, adding about 1 tsp. cheese mixture to each cracker.
- Place in single layer on baking sheet.
- Bake 5 min. or until cheese topping is heated through.

Spread cheese mixture onto crackers as directed. Arrange 5 topped crackers in circle on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or until cheese mixture is heated through. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
