Ingredients
- 30 RITZ Crackers
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) brick cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup raspberry spreadable fruit
- 3 slices (1/2 oz. each) prosciutto, cut into 30 pieces
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
- Spread crackers with cream cheese.
- Top with remaining ingredients.

For a special presentation, substitute fried prosciutto for the regular prosciutto. Cook the prosciutto in heated olive oil in a nonstick skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Break the prosciutto into 30 bite-size pieces, then stand them in the cream cheese-topped crackers before serving. - Variation
Prepare recipe as directed, using very thinly sliced ham and/or your favorite flavor of jam or preserves, such as apricot or cranberry. - Substitute
