Ingredients
- 5 slices hard salami
- 15 slices cracker-sized sliced mild cheddar cheese (5 oz.)
- 15 RITZ Crackers
- 15 thin red pepper strips
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- Use small cookie cutter or sharp knife to cut 3 small bell-shaped pieces out of each salami slice and to cut 1 small bell-shaped piece out of each cheese slice. Reserve trimmings for snacking or other use. (See Tip.)
- Top crackers with salami and cheese cut-outs.
- Decorate with peppers and parsley.
