
RITZ Guacamole Shrimp Bites

Ingredients
- 36 uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp (1-1/4 lbs.)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 36 RITZ Crackers
- 36 small fresh cilantro leaves
- ½ cup guacamole
Preparation
- Place shrimp in medium bowl.
- Add lime juice, oil and seasoning; toss until shrimp are evenly coated with lime juice mixture.
- Heat cast-iron skillet or grill pan on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 1 to 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink
- Spread crackers with guacamole; top with shrimp and cilantro.
