Ingredients
- 3 pepper Jack cheese slices (3/4 oz. each)
- 36 RITZ Crackers
- ½ cup guacamole
- 9 grape or cherry tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
Preparation
- Cut each cheese slice into 6 squares, then cut each square diagonally in half.
- Top crackers with guacamole, cheese pieces and tomato slices.
