
RITZ Grilled Pineapple-Kielbasa Bites

Ingredients
- 7 oz. (1/2 of 14-oz. pkg.) kielbasa, cut into 24 slices
- 4 drained canned pineapple rings
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 48 (1-inch) pieces fresh chives
Preparation
- Heat grill pan sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
- Add kielbasa and pineapple; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until grill-marked on both sides. Remove from pan.
- Cut each pineapple ring into 6 pieces.
- Top crackers with kielbasa, pineapple and mustard.
- Garnish with chives
