RITZ "Eyeballs" Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. pizza sauce
  • 24 black olive slices

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 350°F.
  • Mix  cream cheese and mozzarella cheese until blended; spread onto crackers.
  • Place  in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Spoon  pizza sauce onto centers of topped crackers; top with olives.
  • Bake  3 min. or just until warmed. Use toothpick to draw lines in pizza sauce to resemble bloodshot eyes as shown in photo.

SubstitutePrepare using 6 stuffed green olives, cutting each olive into 4 pieces before using as directed.
