
RITZ Crispy-Coated Chicken Wings with Playbook Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 25 RITZ Crackers, crushed
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 12 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
Preparation
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Reserve 3/4 cup of the mayonnaise mixture for later use. Combine cracker crumbs and garlic powder in shallow dish.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Brush wings with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Dip, 1 at a time, into crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each wing with crumb mixture.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 15 min.
- Serve as dippers with reserved mayonnaise mixture

Combine cracker crumbs and garlic powder in resealable plastic bag. Add wings, a few pieces at a time to bag; close bag, then shake to evenly coat wing pieces with crumb mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake as directed.
