RITZ Crispy-Coated Chicken Wings with Playbook Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 25 RITZ Crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 12 chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed

Instructions

  • Heat  oven to 400°F.
  • Mix  first 4 ingredients until blended. Reserve 3/4 cup of the mayonnaise mixture for later use. Combine cracker crumbs and garlic powder in shallow dish.
  • Cover  rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • Brush  wings with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Dip, 1 at a time, into crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each wing with crumb mixture.
  • Place  on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake  25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 15 min.
  • Serve  as dippers with reserved mayonnaise mixture
