
RITZ Chipotle-Cheese Hot Dog Topper
These spicy appetizers pair cocktail franks over a chipotle cream sauce on a buttery cracker for a delicious bite that is perfect for a casual party or tailgate.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with 1 tsp. adobo sauce
- 12 cocktail franks, cut lengthwise in half
- 24 RITZ Crackers
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation
- Mix cream cheese, peppers and adobe sauce until blended.
- Cook frank pieces in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until heated through and evenly browned on both sides.
- Spread cream cheese mixture onto crackers; top with franks.
- Pipe mustard onto each frank to resemble laces on a football.
