RITZ Chipotle-Cheese Hot Dog Topper Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with 1 tsp. adobo sauce
  • 12 cocktail franks, cut lengthwise in half
  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard

Instructions

  • Mix  cream cheese, peppers and adobe sauce until blended.
  • Cook  frank pieces in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until heated through and evenly browned on both sides.
  • Spread  cream cheese mixture onto crackers; top with franks.
  • Pipe  mustard onto each frank to resemble laces on a football.

SubstituteSubstitute Neufchatel cheese for the cream cheese.

SubstituteSubstitute spicy brown mustard or barbecue sauce for the yellow mustard.
