Need a spicy appetizer for taco night? Try these easy baked appetizers that top RITZ Crackers with cooked chicken, pepper Jack cheese and fresh salsa for a zesty bite!

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 chicken tenders (1/2 lb.), grilled, each cut into 6 pieces
  • 4 pepper Jack cheese slices (about 2.5 oz.), each cut into 6 pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh salsa
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet.
  • Top with chicken and cheese.
  • Bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with salsa.

    Substitute 1-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken for the cut-up grilled chicken tenders.
