Ingredients
- 18 pieces frozen popcorn chicken (7 oz.)
- 18 RITZ Crackers
- 4 mozzarella cheese slices (3 oz.), each cut into 9 pieces, divided
- ⅓ cup marinara sauce
- ¼ tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Microwave chicken as directed on package.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; cover each with 1 cheese piece.
- Top with chicken, marinara sauce and remaining cheese.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is heated through and cheese is melted.
